Only used on a quick overnight so far but seems useful. Wanted to have a hand free overseas so am ditching my tote and trying a backpack as my personal item while I pull my roller. Have owned a Metrosafe 100 since 2016 so I know quality is excellent. I’ve practiced with the locks and am getting faster! As many others have commented a sternum strap would be helpful. You could add anchors on the straps for a removable option, it appears it would be well received. I was able to put a fair amount into the pack this weekend.
This was amazing. I mainly bought it for it's anti-theft features. I felt so secure walking around with it and it fit perfectly under the airplane seat. The locks were so easy to use once I knew how, although a bit fiddily at times. I liked the hidden pocket at the back, good for stowing a passport for quick access at the airport. The handle at the top made it comfortable to hold while walking around . Could definitely do with a chest strap, I felt it kind of giving me a shoulder ache even though I adjusted the straps as much as I could. I used it for a 4 day trip away and it was more than enough but I do try to pack as light as possible. I like how you can also put a padlock on the shoulder strap lock to secure it to a railing or something but I didn't use this feature. Seems like a very durable backpack, the material is a good thickness and overall very good quality.
