Terms and Conditions

1. Promotor of Giveaway:The promoter of the Pacsafe Get-A-Free-Bag Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is Outpac Designs Ltd (“Pacsafe”) of Flat A, 15th Floor Cheung Fat Industrial Building, 7-9 Hill Road, Western District, Hong Kong.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:Entry into this Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
3. Eligibility:The Giveaway is open to any and all residents of any country in the world who are over the age of 13 (“Entrants”). Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior consent of a parent or guardian to enter this Giveaway. This Giveaway is not open to employees of Pacsafe or their associates.
4. No purchase requirement:No purchase is required to enter this Giveaway.
5. Entry method:To enter the Giveaway, just subscribe to the Pacsafe® newsletter! Only one entry for each Entrant will be accepted. An Entrant cannot win twice with separate entries. Pacsafe accepts no responsibility for any incorrect entries, or entries that are lost, delayed or which fail to be properly submitted.
6. Winner Selection:Pacsafe will select one (1) winner (the “Winner”) at random from the pool of Entrants, who have subscribed to the Pacsafe® newsletter during the period (12:00 AM GMT+8) 1^st October, 2015 and (11:59 PM GMT+8) 31^st October, 2015.
7. Winner Announcement:Pacsafe will announce the Winner on https://blog.pacsafe.com/pacsafe-get-a-free-bag-giveaway on 16^th November, 2015. The Winner will be contacted directly by the same email submitted by the Winner when entering the Giveaway.
8. Alternate Winner:If the Winner does not reply within 14 calendar days of first notification, Pacsafe reserves the right to select an alternate Winner at random from the remaining Entrants in the pool of Entrants who have subscribed to the Pacsafe® newsletter in the period specified in paragraph 6.
9. Pacsafe’s final decision:Pacsafe’s decisions regarding the eligibility of an entry and the Winner are final.
10. The Prize: The Winner will receive 1 Pacsafe® product which will be chosen by Pacsafe and will be approximately USD$150 in resale value.
11. Alternate Prize:If the Prize is unavailable, Pacsafe reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. Costs borne by the Winner:Incidental costs and expenses (excluding costs with shipping the Prize), and taxes associated with redeeming the Prize, and which are not specifically listed as part of the Prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
13. No cash redemption:The Prize may not be redeemed for cash or otherwise exchanged.
14. Variation of Terms and Giveaway:Pacsafe may, at its absolute discretion, vary, cancel or amend these Terms or the Giveaway without liability to the Entrants or Winner.
15. Wishpond:Wishpond are not associated with this Giveaway. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Giveaway shall be directed to Pacsafe.
16. Publication, Promotion and Personal Data:By participating in this Giveaway, Entrant gives Pacsafe permission to (a) collect and retain his or her email, country and gender for the purpose of managing the Giveaway and for marketing purposes, and (b) use his/her name for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants consent to receive Pacsafe® newsletters unless otherwise advised by the Entrant. The Privacy Policy on pacsafe.com shall apply to data collected from Entrants from this Giveaway.
17. Indemnity and warranty:EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PACSAFE AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. PACSAFE AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. PACSAFE AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY.
