Orders are shipped as fast as possible from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 2 days, but transit time can take up to 2 to 7 days depending on your location. Therefore, please allow 10 days delivery time. All our orders are shipped through fast and reliable services, so your Pacsafe gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Pacsafe Warranty

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories. If you have a manufacturing issue not related to standard wear and tear, you may qualify to receive a replacement through our Warranty program.
