Very difficult front pocket zipper.
The EXP12 is our family’s fourth Pacsafe bag and while I was excited to use this new crossbody bag on our vacation, the front pocket zipper is very difficult to open. I must have watched the “how to video” for operating that zipper 20 times and I am still having a lot of difficulty with that zipper. I even asked my wife and two friends to give it a try and they all had the same result. Now when I get back from vacation it will be too late to return this bag.
