    Great bag

    We used this bag on our recent trip to Europe. My children originally claimed they would not wear it and so I only purchased one. Big mistake! My tween and teens loved this bag so much and fought over it. It held all three cell phones, three sets of airpods, wallets, chapstick, and I don't even know what else. They packed it to the rim and were suprised at how much it fit. The bag was very comfortable to wear and since it was across the chest, it detered any thought of pick pocketing. The locking mechanism is complicated. I won't lie, I read the instructions and still cannot do it. This is good. but I wish it was a bit more clear.

    Missing padded strap of previous versions

    I have an older version of this bag that is finally showing its age (purchased in 2018). I thought this would be a solid replacement as it’s almost identical. Unfortunately, it’s missing the padding in the strap of the prior version, which makes a world of difference when it comes to comfort - especially when using as a day bag for hours at a time. I wanted to love it as much as the original version and hope Pacsafe sees this and considers updating it to include padding on the strap.

    We understand your concern regarding the missing padded strap. After reviewing both the previous and latest versions of this bag, we found that aside from the update from two thick wires to two thin wires reinforced with Dyneema® fabric — which improves both security and comfort — both versions are designed to have padding at both ends of the strap, though not along the entire length.

    To help us better understand the difference you're experiencing, could you kindly share some photos of your older bag? We'd be happy to pass it along to our product team for reference and consideration in future updates.

    Euro Traveler

    This bag is functional and easy to use. The pocket spaces are good size for traveling and doesn’t feel or look bulky.
