This week’s featured travel Instagrammer is @vagabond_photographers and his beautiful nighttime image of the town of Manarola on the Cinque Terre coast of Italy. If you are interested in being featured on my Instagram account, here are some tips: 1. Use the #EverythingEverywhere hashtag on your best photos. 2. Make sure the photos are original to you. If your account just posts other people’s photos, i will not use it. 3. Selfies will almost certainly not be chosen. 4. Take time to edit your photos. Even basic photo editing in Snapseed or within the Instagram app will make the image look better. Don’t just use a filter. 5. The location of the photo should be mentioned somewhere. 6. The image should evoke a sense of place. It should evoke the desire to travel to the place by those who view it.
