I am a big proponent of taking my kids wherever I go – my kids have dipped their toes in bodies of water everywhere, from the Pacific Ocean to theMediterranean and the Red Sea. Tried and tested, here are four kid-friendly destinations you should consider for your next family vacation!

Egypt
Egypt? What? You must be crazy! Well no, I just returned from a two-week vacation and felt completely safe the entire journey. The history of this place is mind-blowing, just amazing! I highly suggest spending two weeks in Egypt and while you’re here, visiting the Great Pyramid in Cairo. Then, continue your journey on to Luxor (which is like an outdoor museum), before a cruise down the Nile! Prices are great for traveling in Egypt – tourism has been slow since 2011, so now would be the perfect time to take the kids along.
Hawaii, USA
Hawaii is my ultimate winter escape.Oahuis known for being a kid-friendly destination and has everything you need to make a holiday – time to relax, plenty of activities and warm weather all year round! For the Americans, it simply means traveling to the tropical paradise without a passport. Whether you’re into snorkeling, shopping, a good book on the beach or a surf lesson, there is something for everyone in your family!

Switzerland
There are so many outdooractivities for the kids in Switzerland, like chocolate making and designing your own watch. Switzerland’s amazing transportation makes train trips across the county an exciting experience too! With their specialized cog trains, you can get to the top of Rigi Kuln in no time! If you like hiking beautiful mountains in the summer or skiing in the winter, consider Switzerland for your next family holiday!

Panama City Beach, Florida, USA
I have to include Panama City Beach because this small town has everything that you need! The sand is the softest I have ever felt. The restaurant options are fit for any foodie! And not to mention, there are plenty of activities such as water parks, Gulf World, water sports and Wonderworks for you and your family to enjoy!
