Cookie Dough Cones
One of the latest trends popping up in 2017 is edible cookie dough. This cookie dough is safe to eat raw – no baking required. It is often served in a cone, just like an ice cream; and you can even have it with a scoop of ice cream on the side! With a wide range of flavors and toppings like monster cookie, birthday cake, chocolate chip and red velvet, it’s a treat not to be missed.

Jucy Lucy
A Jucy Lucy is basically a hamburger with cheese stuffed inside. The cheese gets so hot that it turns into molten liquid – literally bursting with flavor! Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, it can now be found at many restaurants across the country. The original Jucy Lucy at Matt’s Bar is stuffed with American cheese, but you may also find these funky burgers filled with a variety of ingredients such as mushrooms, garlic, bacon and peppers.

Sushi Burrito
Well, it isn’t so much of a burrito in a technical sense – the sushi burrito is more like a giant sushi roll. Wrapped with soy paper, sushi burritos are filled with sushi rice, sashimi cubes and fillings such as avocado, lettuce, spicy mayo, unagi sauce and tempura batter crumbs. It’s a fun twist to traditional sushi rolls, and can be a light yet filling lunch!

Freakshakes
Freakshakes, with their over-the-top twist, have been getting a lot of attention over the past couple of years. Most of the time, these milkshakes don’t even fit in the glass they are served in, and they come decorated with substantial items, such as donuts, cake, cupcakes, cereal and candy. Grab a friend to share – no matter what you order, you won’t be able to finish it!
