Great little lock

Really useful. The cable means it’s flexible enough to get into awkward spaces. Great for padlocking my helmet to my motorbike when I park up

Looks good, but...

We have been unable to open the lock after setting the new combination. We even tried the workaround (trying all codes while holding the open-button). We could hear and feel a distinctive "click" at the right combination (which was the code we set), but we were unable to unlock the cable.

BTW, that workaround isn't very safe either, if 30 minutes of trying gets you the correct combination to open the lock...
