Narrow and stiff strap + zippers can really only be on one side
The strap is narrow and stiff. It digs into my shoulder and hurts after a while when the sling is full. A wider and softer strap like some other brands' slings would be much better.
You can give one shoulder a rest when it gets painful by switching the strap. However the zippers only lock on one side making the whole switchable strap feature a lot less useful. Pacsafe did not fully think the switchable strap feature through properly.

We understand that the placement of the Roobar™ Sport locking system on one side may feel less convenient when switching. In such cases, we suggest using your non-dominant hand to access the lock after switching sides, as it will then be positioned closer to that hand. We’ll also share your feedback on the lock placement position with our product team for consideration.
