Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
This bag is a great when you want something small to carry just a few items. My only complaint is that the anti-theft zipper is a little difficult to open and close. I have another anti-theft bag where the zippers just clip to a ring. I find that easier to open and close the zipper.
I have a larger one that I’ve been using for a couple of years. I wanted a smaller one to take with me to concerts abroad and this size is perfect. Just nice to fit all my essentials and gives me peace of mind against theft/pickpockets.
Delivery: I was kept informed before and during transit. Communication was excellent. Bag was delivered on time.
Bag: The bag was accurately described at the Pacsafe online store. My expectations were met. The bag is very light and comfortable to wear. I saw some comments on the anti-scan protection on the internet that were not correct. The mesh that prevents scanning of credit cards is on the front (outside) part of the bag. So everything in the bag is protected.
I use the bag every day.
This bag is value for money.
