Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
I liked the chain much better than the woven one. It’s slimmer and seems sturdier. My woven one started getting frayed within a year of usage.
The chain is fine. However, the turnlock hook is a little flimsy and could be engineered more strongly to make it more robust.
