Backpack has decent features, love the fact that it stands on its own even with a laptop in it. However, the straps are a bit bulky and awkward, making it uncomfortable to wear. 4 stars because the straps probably wont be an issue for most, and it is otherwise a quality backpack.
Given its weight and the fact that the straps sit almost off of your shoulders, this is in dire need of a chest strap. Would not recommend at all until then.

Love this backpack! I will use it for overseas travel. It is the perfect size for the airplane and every day use. It has all of the security features you need. And it is made from recycled materials which makes it environmentally friendly. Great purchase! I’m happy!
