The bag is great.
But there are two things that could be better.
Firstly, I like to take a water bottle with me. It would be nice if there was an option to store it on the outside.
Secondly, when you use the bag as a backpack, the strap always slides to one side, so it is often awkward to put the backpack on.
But of course these two things are "complaining at a high level".
I was very impressed with the safety features. I love that it can be a purse when I want a purse or a backpack when I need one which makes it the perfect travel companion. You do need to
look carefully to figure out how some of the safety features worked but I did not have any real issues with ant of the closures. I would recommend this to anyone traveling.
