Warranty

This is my second bag from Pacsafe. I bought my old one in 2018, and it worked great through 2025 but finally wore out. I just got a new one—almost the same model, with a few updates from Pacsafe that I really like.
This is my sixth bag from Pacsafe & I love them all. As an elderly lady who travels alone in a wheelchair my safety & security are very important to me, as is the security of my belongings. I feel safe & can relax and enjoy my travels or my daily life with whichever bag I need for that day.
This backpack is a little larger than my previous ones but it is still very comfortable to carry (either on my front when sat in my wheelchair or on my back when I am walking). Thanks again x
Backpack has decent features, love the fact that it stands on its own even with a laptop in it. However, the straps are a bit bulky and awkward, making it uncomfortable to wear. 4 stars because the straps probably wont be an issue for most, and it is otherwise a quality backpack.
