Singapore
 
Although this little city comes in second only to Monaco as the world’s most densely populated country, it offers much as a winter travel destination as it is warm all year round. 50% of it is covered in greenery with over 50 major parks and 4 nature reserves making it a charming garden city that you’ll love. Sipadan, Malaysia
 
One of the best islands to for scuba diving lies off the east coast of the Malaysian Borneo in Sabah. You can either fly in from Kuala Lumpur or Kota Kinabalu, but it’ll be worth the trip when you’re strolling along one of the island’s beautiful sandy beaches. While you are no longer allowed to stay on Sipadan island itself, due to the closure of all Resorts in order to protect the environment, you can stay on any one of the neighboring islands – Mabul, Kapalai or Semporna – and take a boat to the island.

Oman, Saudi Arabia
