Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
It's a lovely bag, will fit everything I need on the go. One thing I would improve is providing some strap padding as it can dig into the shoulder as with any crossbody, however not everyone is a fan of those so not deducting any stars for this. Anti theft features, as always, are excellent.
I purchased this bag as a Christmas gift for someone who is going on a trip in March 2025 and I wanted to give her something that had additional security features. This bag is extremely well made, the multitude of pockets/sections will carry everything you need. It's the perfect size and it's also very light weight. A true must have if you have travel plans or just as a daily handbag. My only criticism is I wish they had more colors...perhaps a red, true dark navy, white, khaki.
