Warranty
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. As such, we offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories.
Perfect Size, it has all the security features. It is almost a perfect crossbody for me to travel in Europe.
If I can place a wish list, I wish to have another key clip in the main compartment (there is one at the front) and somewhere maybe I can put a small water bottle without having to unlock and zip open my bag to reach for water.
You will need wrists and thumbs like Superman's to open the front pocket zippers. They are self-locking, so if you aren't the incredible Hulk or have a wrist/hand ailment such as arthritis or repetitive strain injury (say from a lot of typing or playing piano over a few years) you will struggle with the self lock ing zippers. Avoid! Apologies for the typos it's my table 's predictive text.

I have used your bags for about ten years. I have notised a continous improvement, and this bag has reached perfection. All locks are difficult or impossible for outsiders but easy for the owner.
The bag is a little too big for convenience, but excellent for travelling.
