Withdrawal form

You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within the statutory time limit - 14 days from the date of delivery. For your convenience, we offer an online withdrawal form in line with EU regulations.

However, using this form is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal simply by making a clear statement (for example, by emailing eusupport@pacsafe.com), or by returning the goods to us as usual. You can find further details in our returns policy here.
