Legal guarantee

All Pacsafe products sold in the European Union are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, for a minimum of two years from delivery. Some EU countries provide a longer period — scan the QR code below to check the rules that apply in your country.

The legal guarantee is owed by the seller. If you bought from pacsafe.eu, contact our customer service team. If you bought from a shop or another online retailer, contact them first.

If a product is faulty, you can ask for free repair or free replacement. If neither is possible, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund.
